Rubina was born in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India on August 26, 1987. She is daughter of mother Shakuntla Dilaik and father Gopal Dilaik. Dilaik has two sister Rohini Dilaik and Naina Dilaik. She is belongs to hindu descent.
